Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 62088 equity shares

The resolution was passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on December 26, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 62088 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants.

3260 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 4075 equity shares on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006, 45001 equity shares on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010, 9515 equity shares on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 237 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
