ACC Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the quarter April - June 2007 (Q2) and half year January - June 2007 and to consider interim dividend.
