Zenith Birla Board to recommend dividend

Zenith Birla India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2007, inter alia, to approve and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007.

The Board shall also consider proposal for the recommendation of Dividend for FY 2006-07.
