Aditya Birla Nuvo allots 12300 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd have approved allotment of 12,300 (Twelve Thousand and Three Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 12,300 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130121585 to 130133885 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 130,13,38,850/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Thirteen Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1668.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1651.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54951 in over 2393 trades.
