Elecon Engineering receives order of Rs 57.70 crores from BHEL

Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Company has received an order of Rs 57.70 Crores from Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) for design, engineering, civil and structural work, erection and commissioning of Mechanical Equipment for Lignite Stone Handling System of Surat Lignite Power Plant of Gujarat Industrial Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) Thermal Power Station, Gujarat.

The stock closed the day at Rs.511.25, up by Rs.7.25 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.514.90 and low of Rs.504. The total traded quantity was 38188 compared to 2 week average of 60345.
