IIFL Holdings Ltd allots 575000 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOPs

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Ltd by way of circular resolution dated December 22, 2014, allotted 5,75,000 equity shares to the eligible employee upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 30,56,35,453 equity shares to 30,62,10,453 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of IIFL Holdings Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16379 in over 945 trades.
