SKS Microfinance Ltd allots 33084 Equity Shares

On December 19, 2014, SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 33,084 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans.
