Flawless Diamond allots shares to Bennett Coleman at Rs.85

Flawless Diamond India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007 has allotted 5,88,000 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each at a Share premium of Rs 75/- per Equity Share totaling to Rs 85/- per Share to Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd.
