Wintac Board approves Rights Issue of equity shares

The Board of Directors of Wintac Ltd at its meeting held on May 09, 2014, has approved the further issue of equity shares on Rights Issue Basis upto Rs. 35 Crore for meeting the capital expenditure and working capital requirements. The issue price, number of shares and ratio of rights issue will be determined in due course in accordance with the applicable regulations and would be communicated to the stock exchanges immediately thereon.

Shares of WINTAC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 603 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 113.75 and intraday low of 109.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68471.
