SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd to come with Public Issue of NCDs

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has filed Prospectus dated May 05, 2014 (the “Prospectus") with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Kolkata, West Bengal.

The Issue will open for subscription on May 09, 2014 and close on June 09, 2014. The Issue shall remain open for subscription from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. (Indian Standard Time) except that the Issue may close on such earlier date or extended date as may be decided by the Board/Committee of Directors, as the case may be, subject to necessary approvals.

Shares of SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70665 in over 684 trades.
