The Board of Directors of Celebrity Fashions Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2014, has approved Issue of Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Mr. Venkatsh Rajagopal, Promoter-26,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
