Century Textiles & Industries Ltd to issue 1,86,50,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2014, after considering various fund raising proposals decided to issue to the Promoters / Promoter group / Persons Acting in Concert 1,86,50,000 (one crore eighty six lac fifty thousand) warrants on preferential basis fully convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, at a price to be determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and relevant applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the consent of the shareholders by passing a special resolution at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be convened on June 04, 2014 for this purpose.
