Hittco Tools approves allotment of 3 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Hittco Tools Ltd at its meeting held on April 28, 2014, has approved the allotment of 3,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each by way of converting 3,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs. 10/- each allotted on preferential basis.
