ICICI Prudential Discovery Fund declares 20% dividend

The Trustees of ICICI PRUDENTIAL MUTUAL FUND have approved June 15, 2007 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend option of ICICI Prudential Discovery Fund(the Scheme).

The trustees have declared a dividend of 20% or Rs.2 on a face value of Rs.10 per unit under the Dividend option of ICICI Prudential Discovery Fund.

The dividend will be paid to all the unitholders whose names appear on the Register of unitholders of the Schemes, at the close of business on June 15, 2007 subject to availability of distributable surplus under the Scheme.

The NAV of the scheme as on June 7, 2007 was Rs.19.20.

Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend Option of the scheme would fall to the extent of payout, and statutory levy if any.
