Standard Chartered Imperial Equity Fund subscription closes tomorrow

Standard Chartered Imperial Equity Fund New Fund Offer which opened for subscription on January 30, 2006 will close on February 21, 2006. The investment objective of the Scheme is to seek to generate capital appreciation and/or provide income distribution from a portfolio of predominantly equity and equity relatedinstruments. There is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of the scheme will be realized.

The minimum investment under this scheme is Rs.5000. The fund has No entry load and exit load of 2.25%.
