Denis Chem Lab Ltd fixes 2:1 ratio for rights issue priced at Rs. 13

The Board of Directors of Denis Chem Lab Ltd at its meeting held on March 19, 2014, have declared issue of 60,27,864 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 13/- per Equity Share including premium of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share on Rights basis in the ratio of 2:1 (2 Equity Shares for every 1 fully paid up Equity Share) held by the Equity Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date.
