Bihar Tubes Board to allot bonus shares

Bihar Tubes Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, to allot 3198000 Equity Shares, fully paid, as bonus shares in the Ratio of 1:1 to the existing shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. May 26, 2007.
