Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd to issue preference shares

The Board of Directors of Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd at its meeting held on January 09, 2014, has approved the re-classification of authorized share capital by reclassifying 17,50,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each into Preference shares. Accordingly, the authorized share capital of the Company shall be Rs. 7,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Only) divided into 52,50,000 (Fifty Two Lakhs Fifty thousand) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each and 17,50,000 (Seventeen Laths Fifty Thousand) preference shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.

The Board also approved proposal to issue not exceeding 17,50,000 preference shares of Rs. 10/- each to friends and business associates. The said preference shares shall not be listed on any stock exchanges.

Shares of Quantum Digital Vision India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.98, down by Rs.0.01 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.98 and intraday low of Rs.10.98.
