Rainbow Denim allots 60 lakh shares

The Allotment Committee of Rainbow Denim Ltd at their meeting held on January 10, 2014, have allotted 60,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 600 Lakh (Rupees Six Crores Only) to the Promoters pursuant to the Debt Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by H'ble BIFR.

Shares of Rainbow Denim Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.3. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3 and intraday low of Rs.3.
