Sundaram Finance fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Sundaram Finance Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 11, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 27, 2007.
