Shasun Chemicals Board recommends Rs.0.90 final dividend

Shasun Chemicals & Drugs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.90 per share which makes the total dividend to Rs 1.70 per share for the year.
