Brent Crude Prices rose on growing hope for a deal to extend funding of the US government along with concerns about supplies from Libya and the Middle East on news that Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zeidan was captured and held for several hours by a former rebel militia. A rally in US markets further supported the rise in the brent prices.
