Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels to delist from Ahmedabad and Vadodara Stock Exchanges

Ishwar Bhuvan Hotels Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have given the authority to Board to delist the equity shares of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Association Ltd and Vadodara Stock Exchange Ltd.
