Aanjaneya Lifecare raises $40 million through FCCB issue

Aanjaneya Lifecare Ltd has closed its FCCB Issue today i.e. March 21, 2013. The said issue was opened for subscription on March 18, 2013.

As decided in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, i.e. on March 21, 2013, the Board of Directors has allotted 400 Bonds of US$100,000 each aggregating US$40 million.

Shares of Aanjaneya Lifecare Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.162.20, down by Rs.8.50 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.162.20 and low of Rs.162.20.

The total traded quantity was 168 compared to 2 week average of 727.
