Mangalam Cement Board recommends Rs.2 dividend

Mangalam Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 2.00 per share subject to approval of Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and State Bank of India.
