Berger Paints India Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JV) with Nippon Bee Chemical Co Ltd of Japan for the purpose of formation of a Company for manufacture and sale of coatings for plastic substrates used in automobiles and parts thereof in India.
The stock was trading at Rs.38.15, up by Rs.1.20 or 3.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.70 and low of Rs.36.30. The total traded quantity was 36898 compared to 2 week average of 43603.
