Vimta Labs Board recommends 40% dividend

Vimta Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% i.e. Rs 0.80 on equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 176.86 Lakhs for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.127.65. The total traded quantity was 3899 compared to 2 week average of 3029. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135 and intraday low of Rs.125.50.
