Ambica Agarbathies & Aroma Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider, alteration of main objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting new objects to enable Company to carry on the activity in the Infrastructure and Construction Sector.
