Patspin India Board to recommend dividend

Patspin India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To approve the audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as on that date.

2. To recommend a Dividend on equity shares, if any.

3. To fix date and time for Annual General Meeting of the Company and also to fix Book Closure.

4. To take on record the statement of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
