Lancor Holdings equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Lancor Holdings Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at its Court convened meeting held on April 21, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Lancor G:Corp Properties Ltd (Transferor Company) with the Company (Transferee Company).

The stock closed the day at Rs.326.30, down by Rs.4.65 or 1.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.345.10 and low of Rs.326.25. The total traded quantity was 7112 shares compared to 2 week average of 3461.
