Rane Holdings revises schedule of Open Offer

Ind Global Corporate Finance Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. L Lakshman, Mr. L Ganesh, L Lakshman (HUF), L Ganesh (HUF), Mr. Harish Lakshman ("Acquirers"), has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Rane Holdings Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Original Public Announcement ("PA") dated February 28, 2007.
