Madhucon Projects clarifies on news item regarding irrigation project

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Madhucon bags irrigation project", Madhucon Projects Ltd has clarified that Madhucon regarding short listing for Catagery-1 Projects of GNSS Circle in Kadapa District of Andhra Pradesh under the name of Madhucon Sinohydro JV and award of the work of investigation, designs and earth work, excavation GNSS Main Canal from Km 141.350 to Km 161.350 including construction of CM & CD works and distributory system to feed an ayacut of 8,000 Acres under GNSS in Kadapa District valued Rs.134.1 Crores under Package No.5/06 from the I&CAD Department, Government Andhra Pradesh.

The stock closed the day at Rs.210.50, up by Rs.5.30 or 2.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.223.40 and low of Rs.205.85. The total traded quantity was 62152 shares compared to 2 week average of 17070.
