SRF Board recommends final dividend of 20%

SRF Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20% amounting to Rs 2/- per share and has also approved the payment of interim dividend @ 40% amounting of Rs 4 per share (declared in Board Meeting held on March 15, 2007), making the aggregate dividend @ 60% (Rs 6/- per share) for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.160.20, up by Rs.9.95 or 6.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164 and low of Rs.151.20. The total traded quantity was 1118724 compared to 2 week average of 382497.
