Spice announces Change in Key Managerial Personnel

Spice Ltd has announced about the following changes in the Key Managerial Personnel's as approved by the Board members vide resolution passed by circulation on April 24, 2007:

1. Mr. Arun Seth has resigned as 'Manager' of the Company effective from the close of business hours on April 23, 2007.

2. Mr. Kunal Ahooja has been appointed as 'Manager' of the Company u/s 269 of the Companies Act, 1956 with effect from April 24, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.68, up by Rs.0.04 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.78 and low of Rs.10.40. The total traded quantity was 5120 compared to 2 week average of 8925.
