Ushdev International Board to declare dividend

Ushdev International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following items of business:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To declare dividend on equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.118.85, up by Rs.10.80 or 10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.118.85 and low of Rs.108. The total traded quantity was 1488 compared to 2 week average of 176.
