Sun TV Updates on Bonus Issue

Sun TV Network Ltd has further announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, has recommended the following item to be passed through postal ballot:

"Issue of Bonus Shares (Stock Dividend) on the Company's equity shares in the ratio of one additional equity share for every one equity share (1:1) held by the Members."

The stock closed the day at Rs.1639.60, up by Rs.7.15 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1661 and low of Rs.1635.50. The total traded quantity was 13345 compared to 2 week average of 24214.
