Godrej Consumer announces positive outlook

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has announced the following Outlook:

The Company will aggressively drive growth across all its businesses. The expanded manufacturing capacities will enable it cater to improving demand as well as enhance efficiencies. Concurrently the Company will endeavour to leverage the synergies derived from its international acquisitions with the introduction of new products in India and overseas and lowering of production and distribution costs.

The Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on August 03, 2007.
