Kavveri Telecom subsidiary acquires DCI Digital Communications Inc, Canada

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired M/s. DCI Digital Communications Inc., Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada through its Canadian Subsidiary M/s. Kavveri Technologies Inc, Ontario, Canada.

M/s. DCI Digital Communications Inc. (DCI) is specialized in Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) products and offer custom solutions to reduce interference problems in the 30 MHz to 6 GHz range. DCI has been making high-quality filters since 1994, and is a proven filter Company. DCI design and manufacture high quality products viz., VHF and UHF bandpass filters, low pass filters, wi-fi filters, multiple-window filters, combiners, broadband duplexers, tower-top amplifiers, and CDMA repeaters etc.

This acquisition helps the Company in expanding its operation in the North American Region for marketing of high quality Radio Frequency Products.

The stock was trading at Rs.55.85, up by Rs.1.30 or 2.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.70 and low of Rs.53.15. The total traded quantity was 14303 compared to 2 week average of 57643.
