Binani Industries Board recommends 25% dividend

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended declaration of dividend @ 25% (Rupees 2.5/- per Equity Share) subject to necessary approval.

The stock was trading at Rs.260, up by Rs.14.65 or 5.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.262.90 and low of Rs.243. The total traded quantity was 39987 compared to 2 week average of 23584.
