Javelin Technologies to change Registered office to Hyderabad

Javelin Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, to announce unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, in the said Board Meeting the change of Registered Office from Bangalore to Hyderabad and date of Annual General Meeting shall also be discussed.

The stock was trading at Rs.30, up by Rs.0.50 or 1.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.10 and low of Rs.29.95. The total traded quantity was 4702 compared to 2 week average of 4158.
