SS Forgings Board to discuss expansion plans

SS Forgings & Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company and Office bearers / Executive Committee members of the Company will be held on April 26, 2007 to discuss the following agenda:

1. To review the progress of construction work of the new Unit of the above Company at Nardhana Industrial Area, Dhule, Maharashtra.

2. To discuss about the procurement of Plant & Machinery for the new project.

3. Construction of Quarters for staff and workers.
