Chandrika Traders shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Chandrika Traders Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 05, 2007, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of AMGF Intercorp Ltd & Akhand Bharat Agro Ltd with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.3.59, up by Rs.0.17 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.59 and low of Rs.3.59. The total traded quantity was 1350 shares compared to 2 week average of 15905.
