GMM Pfaudler Board declares fourth interim dividend of Rs.0.60

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, has resolved Payment of Fourth Interim Dividend @ Rs 0.60 per share of 1,46,17,500 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, aggregating to Rs 87,70,500/-.
