Sical Logistics to form subsidiary

Sical Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to form an wholly owned subsidiary to house the equity holding of the Company in infrastructure assets.

The stock closed the day at Rs.196.10, down by Rs.6.15 or 3.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.203.80 and low of Rs.196.10. The total traded quantity was 6556 shares compared to 2 week average of 36322.
