Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation or passing over of dividend on Equity Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.107, up by Rs.5.80 or 5.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.109 and low of Rs.99.60. The total traded quantity was 15006 shares compared to 2 week average of 8281.
