Mahalaxmi Rubtech Board to consider allotment of bonus shares

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 01, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To make allotment of Bonus Shares to the shareholders entitled for the same.

2. To discuss and review the activities of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.66.50, up by Rs.1.60 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.66.50 and low of Rs.64.10. The total traded quantity was 19179 shares compared to 2 week average of 24379.
