HB Portfolio to issue reminder notice for allotment money

HB Portfolio Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, has decided to issue a reminder notice to all the defaulting shareholders to remit the allotment money due together with interest for such delayed remittance.

The Managing Director has been authorised by the Board of Directors in this regard to finalise the reminder notice to be issued to the shareholders and the last date for receiving the dues together with Interest and also to issue such notice to the shareholders and do the needful.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38, up by Rs.2 or 5.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.95 and low of Rs.36.50. The total traded quantity was 3012 shares compared to 2 week average of 2728.
