TANFAC Industries Board recommends 15% dividend

TANFAC Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend at 15% on Equity Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.39.45, down by Re.0.75 or 1.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.40 and low of Rs.39. The total traded quantity was 8480 shares compared to 2 week average of 9262.
