South East Asia Marine Engineering & Construction Ltd Updates on contract with Dolphin

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 31, 2006, South East Asia Marine Engineering & Construction Ltd has announced that the contract with M/s. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd for deployment of its vessel Seamec I ended on April 19, 2007 and as per the mutual understanding between the Company and Dolphin, the contract with Dolphin hitherto put under suspension has now been restored.

The stock closed the day at Rs.191.60, down by Rs.4.50 or 2.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.198 and low of Rs.189.15. The total traded quantity was 37612 compared to 2 week average of 72909.
