Gujarat Fluorochemicals comissions 23 MW wind farm in Maharashtra

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that the Company has set up a new Wind Farm Project of 23.1 MW capacity at Gudhe, Panchgini, Maharashtra, at a total cost of approximately Rs 160 crores. The said Wind Farm Project contemplates supplying the entire generated power to the Maharasthra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, under a Electricity Purchase Agreement for thirteen years.

The above Wind Farm Project, comprising of 14 Wind Turbine Generators, has been successfully commissioned in March 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.650, up by Rs.6.75 or 1.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.651 and low of Rs.631.50. The total traded quantity was 14609 compared to 2 week average of 11963.
